Rolex Oyster Precision Ref. 6424, circa 1963
This 36mm stainless steel Rolex, also known as the “Jumbo” or “Big Oyster,” was produced in smaller quantities. Its appeal stems not only from the increased wrist presence, slender profile, and attractive indexes, but also from its distinctive lugs – broad, elongated, and with no drill holes to detract. The watch is powered by a hand-wound and shock resistant Cal. 1210 movement.
